Returns & Refunds Policy – MassageLife

At MassageLife, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a clear and straightforward returns policy designed to give you confidence when ordering from us.

1. 50 Day Home Trial

We offer a 50 day home trial on eligible massage chairs.

This means you can receive the chair, use it at home and properly test whether it is the right fit for you. If during the 50 day period you decide the chair is not suitable, you may request a return and receive a full refund.

Unlike our standard returns policy, the chair is allowed to be used during this trial period.

MassageLife will arrange collection of the chair directly.

2. Right to Cancel (14 Days)

In accordance with UK and European consumer regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing a reason.

3. Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 16 business days depending on location, stock availability and courier scheduling.

Each order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

4. Conditions for Standard Returns

For returns outside the 50 day trial policy, items must:

• Be in good condition
• Include all original packaging and components where possible
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Non Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Personalised or made to order items
• Sealed hygiene related products once opened where applicable

6. Returns Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email

  2. Await return instructions from our team

  3. Return the item to the address provided

For standard returns outside the 50 day trial:

• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

For approved 50 day trial returns:

• Collection and return costs are covered by MassageLife

7. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

• Refunds are typically processed within 14 working days
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed

We may withhold the refund until the item is received or proof of return is provided.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• MassageLife will cover all associated return or collection costs

9. Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To request an exchange:

• Return the original item
• Once approved, a replacement will be arranged

10. Warranty

All MassageLife chairs are covered by a 2 year warranty covering manufacturing defects for added peace of mind.

Warranty support includes assistance with:

• Motors
• Rollers
• Electronics
• Airbags
• Parts and functional components

11. Repairs & Support

If your chair develops a fault during the warranty period, our support team will assist you directly through email or WhatsApp.

Repairs and servicing are handled within the UK whenever possible.
